I have Osteoarthritis in both knees, other creams and pain medications were failing me, I researched MG12 online and thought why not try it. I am really liking this cream, the texture is soft and spreads nicely around the area you are treating. You only need a tiny amount and it smells really nice with added lemon myrtle and himalayan cedar

The lemon myrtle mgnesium stops me having cramped toes in bed at night. I add to my feet before bed, then I will sleep without disturbance from my painful feet.

Started using this product a few years ago -finished the container and then tried another type of magnesium in the form of a lotion- this worked ok but wasn’t my main source of muscle & arthritis relief. But a recent email from M12 prompted a revisit to the “Australis Cream” and glad I did - I’d forgotten how effective this is for muscle relief - also like the refreshing scent of it. The best I’ve tried for muscle relief 👍

The Australis Magnesium Cream is my favorite. I have been ordering it for a couple of years now. I like how smoothly it goes on and it’s clean fresh perfume. I have been using it mostly on my knee. It’s wonderful to put it on before bed as it also helps me relax, it can work while I’m asleep.
The cream is of a good consistency, packaged well and fast dispatch and delivery. Cost is competitive with other similar products on the market. I’ve been using for about 10 days. As yet, it hasn’t given me any relief from my bursitis shoulder pain but I’m keeping on going in the hope it will.

I know this seems weird however it is completely true. For years I have had an issue with stinky armpits. I had tried everything to combat the problem without any success. Some products would work for a week or so but they did not last and the problem returned. One particular day, several months ago, I read that rubbing magnesium cream into the soles of the feet can help with my issue. Initially, I thought how is that possible? I had nothing to lose by trying it at least so I purchased the cream from a health store and commenced using it. From the first use I noticed an incredible improvement. I was also cautious in thinking I had a 'cure' and expected the problem to return. As the days and weeks went by, my stinky armpits have not returned. I had finally found the perfect product. I have just purchased my second container and am happy to recommend this product.
I have been using Australian MG cream for a long time.I had. Operations on my neck C/1 and C/2 unfortunately they haven’t worked.The cream is so good for the nerve pain,I highly recommend it,gives me so much relief.
