I have used this product after having a hip operation. It was very helpful after using it for a while in calming the area around the hip and back. I have bought this again as a gift for a family member who has restless leg syndrome. I am confident it will give her enormous relief. I will add to my own collection shortly.
I love it but it don’t smell as strong as my old Calming jar of magnesium cream but my old one was a few years old but it smelt beautiful and it seemed stronger in pain relief , could that just be because it had aged or have you changed the formula , I still love it
I've been buying these products for a few years now and love them! I use them every night to calm my restless legs and stop cramping. I've got my whole family on to them and they also love them.

I received my delivery of calming body cream this week, it is amazing, smells so nice and helps me relax and drift off to sleep.
I find that the “calming” cream and spray has helped with my swollen legs and painful hip. It has helped ease the pain in my hip.
I have peripheral neuropathy which is quite bad at night and both the oil and the cream really help.They are non greasy and the aroma is very pleasant.I only wish they came in larger sizes.
