Lavender Essential Oil:

Lavender Essential Oil is well known for its sedative properties and for its ability to help calm stress and anxiety and to help promote sleep. Can be used for Acne, allergies, anxiety, asthma, athlete's foot, bruises, burns, chicken pox, colic, cuts, cystitis, depression, dermatitis, earache, flatulence, headache, hypertension, insect bites, insect repellent, itching, labor pains, migraine, oily skin, rheumatism, scabies, scars, sores, sprains, strains, stress, stretch marks, vertigo, whooping cough.

Patchouli Essential Oil:

Patchouli Oil is a wonderful staple to keep on hand. It is helpful for most all skin types ranging from dry, cracked skin all the way to helping to regulate oily skin and acne. Those with eczema, psoriasis and dandruff have said that patchouli is especially helpful for them. Emotionally, Patchouli Essential Oil is calming and grounding. Spiritually, it has been used alone or in blends during prayer and meditation. It can also act as an aphrodisiac.

Rose Geranium Essential Oil:

In addition, rose geranium possesses the ability to generate relaxation, calm and balance in the mind. Rose geranium essential oil also promotes healthy skin, helps relieve depression and anxiety and uplifts the spirit to reduce stress.

Shake well before use. Apply 3-4 sprays to skin where needed.

Massage into skin until absorbed.
