Honestly the best thing I’ve ever purchased I’ve tried the Australis tub & now the calming both stopped restless legs that drove me insane I find it’s helping my insomnia by easing interrupted sleep by keeping me calm I’m also lacking iron causing my hair to snap fall out & go extremely thin 1st 3 days of iron tablets gave me server headaches dabbed a tiny bit of mag12 on my forehead within 5mins it was gone, unbelievable definitely will be re- purchasing

When a cramp happens I rub this onto the area. Relieves the cramp quickly. Also apply it every night.
I like using the cream on my aching calves.

I really wanted to like it ! It was far greasier than I expected, and took forever to be massaged into my skin. The thing that really put me off, though, was the smell. Such a pungent, unpleasant odour that I found difficult to get rid of, despite washing my hands several times. I'm sorry this is such a negative review, but I thought it best to be honest.
I recently purchased the magnesium calming cream. I love the scent and it works wonders for my aching and restless legs at night time. Thank you for such an amazing cream.
My husband & I both had sore shoulders, his from an injury and mine arthritic. We had a small amount of the Magnesium Calming Cream left over from a previous purchase and just a little of the cream massaged into the area did wonders to settle the pain and ease the movement again. I sent for the 2 extra tubs to keep handy as we’re both in our 70’s now and need help with injuries or arthritic pain now and then. I’ve sent one of our tubs to my daughter in law who has a painful wrist at the moment so I’ll need to buy more of your amazing MG 12 Cell Restore!

I have been using the Magnesium creams for at least a couple of years now. I love both of them but find the Calming one very beneficial when I am having trouble sleeping.
I started a few months ago to feel a burning sensation on my the inner side of my foot. I saw your product on line and decided to try it. I have used the cream a few times a day not just on my foot but on my knees also as I suffer from arthritis. I love the smell and it really helped me reduce the inflammation and my foot is also much better with little burning only sometimes compare to before. I already have recommended your products to a few friends. I will definitely continue using the cream and try more of your products. 🙏🙏
I've been using magnesium every day for about 12 years and this is my favourite I've ever used! a gentle non-irritating cream with a heavenly scent and a generous dose of magnesium! (the only thing that would make things even better would be if you could mix and match the scents and still get the multi-buy discount, this scent I love but if I plan to wear perfume I like to use the unscented one and my husband would like to try the Australis scent)
I purchased this product with high hopes of getting some minor relief from nuropothy cramps, pretty much everything in the description. Sadly after applying 3x a day, nothing. But it smells nice😆 I'll pop it in the draw with my other creams. Loving this is an Australian company. Good luck for future success.

Finally a magnesium cream that works, has a good consistency (not a runny liquid) and smells lovely. I have been buying this for the whole family to use as a regular body moisturiser. My only complaint is that there are no larger sizes!
Been buying this last 3 years, wouldn’t be able to sleep or cope with my pain without w.
I’m using the magnesium cream ie rubbing into the soles of my feet, around my knees and back of legs along with taking 2 Sleep Gummies 30 mins before bed. My sleep has improved significantly. I fall asleep quickly.

Love my magnesium cream, I have been using this for a number of years now. I apply to my neck, legs and arms before bed, so relaxing and calming and definitely helps with leg cramps. This cream is always packed with me when travelling.
Since I had a complete hip replacement three years ago, I have been prone to bad leg cramps in both legs. Your magnesium cream rubbed on my legs before bed have been wonderful and have resulted in much better sleep & waking up feeling rested.
I have peripheral neuropathy and this product does help to sooth some of the pain.
