Using the magnesium spray on my husband's back he thinks it is great he wasn't able to love for 2 day's, then l remembered this and started to use it, great stuff 🙂

The oil and cream pack are only useful at night unless you don’t mind walking around smelling like a massage shop. The smell is the big disappointment and should be clearly mentioned in the advertising. It provides minimal relief from my nerve pain and arthritis.

I have suffered foot neuropathy for 20 years, after using Mg12 for several days the movement & circulation is much improved. It has also eased the pain of bursitis in my shoulders, enough that I am able to sleep more comfortably at night & have more movement in my arms during the day.
