Using the finest essential oils (including our very popular Tasmanian Lavender), FOCUS is perfectly balanced with Peppermint at its centre and Lavender and Bergamot fragrances at each end. Ho Wood essential oil has also been added to provide extra defence against anxiety and stress.
BENEFITS
PEPPERMINT
Peppermint (Mentha × piperita) is an aromatic herb in the mint family that is a cross between watermint and spearmint.
Peppermint contains menthol which provides its cooling properties and recognizably minty scent. It increases blood flow and provides a cooling sensation, helping ease pain. When applied to the forehead and temples or inhaled, it may help assist in relieving tension headaches and improving brain function.
LAVENDER
Lavender oil is believed to have antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, which can help to heal minor burns and bug bites.
Research suggests that it may be useful for treating anxiety, insomnia, depression, and restlessness.
HO WOOD
Ho Wood is a member of the Camphor family and has very similar properties to the Camphor Essential Oil.
Ho Wood Essential Oil has a cooling effect on the skin and is helpful in reducing swelling and easing irritated skin.
It may be used to boost the immune system and aid in a more restful sleep whilst also reducing depression and anxiety.
BERGAMOT
Bergamot essential oil comes from the fruit of the bergamot tree known scientifically as Citrus Bergamia.
Bergamot oil has numerous well-researched medicinal properties. It is antibacterial, antispasmodic, anti-inflammatory and also helps overcome feelings of depression.

Lavandula angustifolia (Tasmanian Lavender), Mentha piperita (Peppermint), Cinnamomum camphora (Ho Wood) & Citrus bergamia (Bergamot).

Balanced Floral, Mint and Citrus notes.
DIRECTIONS
Diffusion
Add 6-9 drops into your diffuser.
Massage
Add 6 drops to 1 Tablespoon of carrier oil.
SAFETY
Avoid contact with eyes.
Keep out of reach of children.
Store below 30°C in a dry place away from direct sunlight.
