LAVENDER
Lavender oil is believed to have antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties, which can help to heal minor burns and bug bites.
Research suggests that it may be useful for treating anxiety, insomnia, depression, and restlessness.
ROSE GERANIUM
Rose geranium essential oil is derived by steam distillation from the leaves and the stems of the Pelargonium graveolens. Rose geranium has a sweet rose-like fragrance. It has an uplifting aroma and enhances the mood.
It includes anti-inflammatory properties which may assist with painful joints and muscular pain. Rose geranium essential oil is also known to be able to destroy bacteria and prevent infection from spreading.
PATCHOULI
Patchouli essential oil is extracted from the leaves of the patchouli plant, which is an aromatic herb that belongs to the mint family.
Often recognized for its aphrodisiac effects, patchouli essential oil also has antidepressant, antifungal, antiseptic and anti-inflammatory properties. Inhaling patchouli oil is known to uplift mood and help release tension.
Applied topically, patchouli can be used to treat eczema, dermatitis, psoriasis, sores, cuts and wounds.

Diffusion
Add 6-9 drops into your diffuser.
Massage
